Pura Vida is a Costa Rica-based ministry building long-term relationships with local children, students, and women through community programs and daily discipleship.
We are affiliated with Great Commission Latin America. GCLA builds partnerships with US churches and ministries to help Latin American churches transform their community with the Gospel. For more information about GCLA go to

We believe the Gospel is best shared through presence, trust, and everyday faithfulness—not one-week photo ops.
What makes us different
We don’t bring outsiders to "fix" things—we invite people to walk with us as we live out Christ’s love in real places, with real neighbors.
